We recently hired North London Loft Rooms to convert our loft into a studio space and extra bathroom.
Although we knew how we wanted the finished space to look, we weren’t sure how to achieve it and whether some of our ideas were even possible. Dennis and his team guided us through each step of the process, alway coming up with solutions when we hit a problem, and providing excellent workmanship along the way.
We were particularly impressed with the BuilderTrend app they use, as it was so easy to keep on top of where we were with the project. It listed any changes that we had requested along with the cost implications, images of the progression of the build, a schedule of work and who to expect at the site each day, and a detailed log of all invoices and payments.
We are delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend North London Loft Rooms to anyone thinking of renovating or extending their home.

The whole process ran smoothly – even though there were a number of challenges with the property. Once discovered a work-round was implemented and work proceeded without any further problems. This is an example of this companies’ approach, which is to sort out any problems quickly and effectively to the satisfaction of all. The real test is, of course, would I use this company again. The answer is yes, without hesitation. From start to finish the works were well planned and we were kept informed on a weekly basis (formally) and almost daily informally of progress and intentions. All trades were excellent and their "finishing off / snagging team" we're especially helpful.
